The Manager - ESG will be responsible for managing and implementing environmental, social, and governance strategies across the organization. They will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute sustainability goals, conduct impact assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing environmental, social, and governance strategies
- Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and standards
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability) is preferred
- Master's degree or professional certification in a related field is preferred
