Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar HR role
- Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong grasp of recruitment metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification is a plus
