Within our Cloud Platforms Solution Line, we employ an agile approach to deliver on-demand cloud platforms that are both secure and efficient. We leverage automation techniques to implement and oversee global cloud infrastructures for our clients' critical applications.

Your Role:

As a cloud engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the digital platforms we manage for our clients. Collaborating with various teams, including development teams, you oversee the efficient and secure management of hosted or cloud-native applications.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with specialist teams and third-party suppliers to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients
  • Engage in a shift-left strategy through tools, automation, and self-service functions
  • Manage business stakeholders via effective communication
  • Configure and optimize hybrid and cloud-native systems
  • Monitor and manage systems to ensure service scope
  • Maintain data integrity and access control through operational tools
  • Monitor cloud costs and explore optimization strategies
  • Take proactive measures to mitigate service disruptions
  • Plan and implement system patches based on vulnerability reports
  • Respond to alerts and incidents, conducting root cause analysis
  • Fulfill service requests
  • Deploy release packages from CI/CD solutions
  • Keep training materials and technical documentation current
  • Report key metrics to service management
  • Engage in Agile practices such as planning, retrospectives, and showcases
  • Document and track issues in the ticket management system
  • Provide after-hours support as needed


Who You Are:
  • You possess a strong technical aptitude and exhibit an organized, process-driven work ethic
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Online Systems/Web application support
  • Familiarity with APM monitoring and alerting
  • Proficiency in Linux systems management
  • Knowledge of best IT Operations practices for always-available services
  • Experience with one major Public cloud provider (AWS, MS Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Proficiency in querying logs with tools like ELK, SPLUNK, etc.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Prior exposure to Agile environments is beneficial
  • Understanding of ITIL practices is advantageous
  • Willingness to work in shifts
