The Software Developer Specialist participates in all stages of development of the application within the enterprise.

All you need is...

  • 6+ years of proven work experience using Microsoft .NET Framework
  • Working experience in Visual Basic and C# programming language
  • Experience working with legacy applications dating back ~10 years
  • Experience working with .Net Framework 4.0 onwards
  • Experience of working with MS SQL Server
  • Experience of using online source control and code repositories e.g. GitHub
  • Familiar with the principles of RESTful interface design
  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (SCRUM) and using Test Driven Development
  • Strong critical thinking skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc (preferably in computer science, engineering, or related field)

You will review and analyze platform requirements, create design and estimatesYou will collaborate with other developers and architects to create effective solutionsYou will research emerging technologies and techniquesYou will work with QA/test engineers to create unit tests and test strategiesYou will generate documentationYou will troubleshoot and fix issues.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and understanding throughout the software development lifecycle
