Data Scientist - NLP/Large-Language Models/Deep Learning:
You will report to the Principal Data Scientist.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do:

  • The role would encompass building analytics, recommendation, and framework and identifying main analytics projects for Global Customer Support, Customer Success focused on Customer analytics. Responsibility cut across teams.
  • You will work on data modeling and identifying patterns in Global Customer Support data.
  • Generate Models for classifications for Customer Success programs using Machine learning/LLMs.
  • Generate taxonomy from customer case data using Natural Language Processor.
  • Build a Natural Language processing platform, Data Lake for Customer data
  • Derive insights from Structured, semistructured, and Unstructured data
  • Supervised and Unsupervised.
  • Specify manipulative or computational methods to be applied to models.
  • Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models.
  • Communicate results to important partners to support informed decisions by providing indepth recommendations
  • Observe the current system in operation and gather and analyze information about each of the parts of component problems, using a variety of sources.

What We'd Like to See:

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques like Bayesian, Decision Trees, Neural Networks.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical methods including multivariate modeling statistical methods, and discrete choice modelling.
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning and Generative AI models/Prompt Engineering.
  • Experience with current industry problems in NLP like Question answering, Sequence modeling
  • Experience in Log mining and extractions.
  • Handson experience building and deploying models in Production.
  • Working knowledge of Tensorflow and other Deep Learning frameworks.
  • Exposure to Training models on GPU servers and on the cloud.
  • Understand/Implementation experience of Neural Network architectures like LSTM, and LSTM with Attention.
  • Optimization solutions like constraintbased optimization, and game theory is a bonus.
  • Working proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Working proficiency in at least one data mining tool (SAS, SPSS, R, RapidMiner)
  • Prior experience with Big Data platforms/tools (Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra) and exposure to the Customer Support domain will be added advantages

Role Essentials:

  • Enjoy playing with machine learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Prompt Engineering, Data Science Tools, and finding patterns in our customer data.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
