Position Summary

We are seeking a Website Manager to oversee the front-end management of our company's website. This role requires close collaboration with both our creative team and our IT team to ensure that the website not only looks visually appealing but also functions seamlessly, enhancing user engagement and experience.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's website using a low-code CMS platform.
  • Collaborate with designers and media specialists to ensure the website reflects the latest design trends and media content.
  • Implement and maintain website design and structural changes in alignment with the company's branding and design guidelines.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and optimize speed and scalability.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Coordinate with the IT and design teams to integrate necessary digital tools and interfaces.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to website functionality or user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in CMS technology and web design to recommend improvements and updates.
  • Assist in developing strategies for increasing user engagement and digital presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ Years Experience managing front end websites of large global brand. (*must provide portfolio or links to previous websites managed)
  • Experience with WebFlow CMS
  • Strong Knowledge of responsive web design principles, ensuring seamless user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to speak up, communicate proactively about ideas, problems, and challenges.
  • Strong adherence to timelines, with a track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourcefulness in solving problems and making informed decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work hybrid hours, accommodating both India and US time zones to support a global workforce.
  • Experience with web analytics and SEO best practices is a plus.
