We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience working on Fusion HCM, particularly in Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo, or Oracle Learning Cloud.

Job Description:

As a member of the Support organization, your main focus is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, acting as a customer advocate. This includes addressing non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, as well as technical questions related to the use and troubleshooting of our Electronic Support Services. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, helping to maintain customer relationships with Support and providing guidance to internal Oracle staff on various customer situations and escalated issues.

As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be the technical point of contact for customers, OEMs, and VARs to resolve problems related to the installation, maintenance, and use of Oracle products. You should have a deep understanding of Oracle products within your competencies and extensive knowledge of multiple products and platforms. Your role will involve independent research and problem-solving to address customer issues effectively.

The Oracle Applications Service Excellence - SaaS HCM Cloud Service Customer Support team is in search of Technical Support Engineers with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, strong analytical skills, and communication abilities.

  • SaaS HCM - Oracle Recruiting Cloud
  • SaaS HCM - Oracle Learning Management Cloud
  • SaaS HCM - Oracle Recruiting Cloud reporting (OTBI)
  • SaaS HCM - Oracle Learning Management Cloud reporting (OTBI)
  • Other modules of SaaS HCM like Core HR, Talent Management etc.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional functional and technical knowledge of the above SaaS Services
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and other major languages
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Offer a remarkable customer experience with every interaction
  • Provide support to internal and external customers via telephone and portal
  • Efficiently manage incidents meeting response requirements
  • Prioritize customer-reported issues effectively
  • Act as a knowledge resource for the organization
  • Liaise between customers, R&D, Production, and Services
  • Contribute to internal support processes
  • Analyze, develop, and enhance internal processes
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements
  • Participate in special projects related to service excellence
