Xeno is an AI-driven CRM company for large D2C brands and retailers.

We have some of the biggest brands in our portfolio like Tommy Hilfiger, CK, jack & jones, levis, taco bell, barbeque nation etc.

We think of this role as an entrepreneur as much as being an Product Intern.

But instead of building a company from scratch, you get to come in after we've gone through the pains of getting to $1M ARR while figuring out early market-product fit.

You get to directly take on the challenge of scaling a business from $1M to $10M revenue in 2.5 years & beyond.

With this kind of growth plan, the key element will be to get clients onboarded and live in better and quicker ways.


What will you do?

  • 1)Work and collaborate with various vendors we have to work with to improve the overall product experience.
2)Run different scrums, maintain jira boards for different tech teams and track the tasks

3)Work with business teams and customers to solve their issues and bridge gaps in the Product.

4)Document changes in the Product and technology and share them with relevant stakeholders.
5)To help eliminate friction within the product experimentation process, product ops tracks, sequences, and implements experiments, and creates processes to drive efficiency along with Product team
6)Foster cross-departmental collaboration around the product, and uses their product insights to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions

7)Help the product team document the knowledge base of the Product and technology

Skills

  • 1)Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions
2)Strategic alignment, able to bring key partners across functions together

3)Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork

4)Excellent communication skills

5)Basic understanding of the user experience
6)A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
7)Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
