What's the role?

As a

Project Manager

in Value Management Office, you will be responsible to deliver the VMO Services viz.

Integration, Transition, and/or Technical Project/Program management and partner with cross functional teams at HERE to translate strategy into concrete implementation plans and ensure the benefits are realized and sustained.

You will be part of a team that is responsible to provide an enterprise-wide approach to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute an optimized technology portfolio of initiatives, projects, programs, and operations that are consistently aligned with organization strategy.

This position carries full responsibility for overseeing both internal and external programs, necessitating extensive coordination among cross-functional teams. The role encompasses various dimensions, including technical expertise, product management, program and project management, leadership, and effective communication.

Senior Project Governance Analyst


at HERE should be capable of establishing and maintaining an optimal operational environment that ensures the successful achievement of program objectives.

Key components of this program involve establishing a transparent governance model for making program decisions, developing a program roadmap that aligns with overarching program goals, and securing the support and agreement of key stakeholders and sponsors for program plans.

Provide a range of executive and professional services, including administrative support, general project/program/portfolio management, and supplier management.

Create essential diagrams such as data flow, process flow, and system diagrams, ensuring that these designs effectively support process measurement needs.

Conceptualize and plan projects, which may involve introducing new concepts or approaches. Oversee project execution and continuous improvement efforts, often by coordinating cross-functional teams.
Establish and manage an optimal operating environment to ensure the successful execution of program objectives. This includes defining governance models, crafting program roadmaps, and gaining support from key stakeholders and sponsors.

Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus and optimize the business value derived from engineering team execution, contributing to a shared company vision.

Clearly define and align product requirements and acceptance criteria with customer and business needs. Leverage various data sources, including usability studies, feedback, research, and market analysis.
Define, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators and deliverables to ensure the successful delivery of products and programs.
Identify, track, and mitigate internal and external dependencies, reducing risk and enhancing development efficiency through critical path analysis.
Conduct or facilitate root cause analyses in complex problem domains and support teams in implementing recommended changes.
Ensure that incremental improvements are released early and iteratively based on stakeholder and customer feedback.
Communicate, track, and execute release plans in alignment with program and product roadmaps.

Who are you?

You meet the minimum qualifications for this job-level:You have a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience (viz.

Consulting, Integration, Transformation, Project/Program , or a master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or a PhD without experience; or equivalent / extraordinary experience.

A degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Geoinformatics is preferredA project management consultant with proven method melding expertise in multiple project management methodologies from diverse institutions viz.

PMI, ASQ, Scrum Alliance, Axelos.
You are a team player with outstanding organizational and leadership skill.
