Job Description:

CITRIX SME Responsibilities:
  • Participate in technical design, direction, and solutions
  • Demonstrate expertise in CITRIX, VMWare, and MS WVD virtualization
  • Design, install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot desktop virtualization environments
  • Optimize performance, scalability, security, and high availability
  • Administer Intune, Mobility, and Virtualization
  • Analyze solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Create detailed solution descriptions and gain customer approval

Technical Competence:
Lead complex IT projects from analysis to production

  • Work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Lead projects from requirements to handover
  • Organize and facilitate requirement capture workshops
  • Lead customer relationships
  • Design networks and infrastructure meticulously

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
