Join our team as a Marketo Expert
The role will have you reporting to the Senior Process Manager in Campaign Management, being a key influencer in shaping our digital presence.
As the candidate, you will need to showcase a deep understanding of your domain and apply it practically to deliver effective solutions.
You should be adept at spotting inconsistencies and proposing logical solutions in a methodical manner.
Being open to team inputs, leading effectively, and motivating groups towards common goals is crucial.
It's essential to be proactive, self-directed, and always on the lookout to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction through process audits, implementing best practices, and utilizing available frameworks and tools.
Your goals and ideas must be clearly communicated to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 4-5 years of hands-on Marketo experience (Marketing Activities, Database Studio, and Design Studio)
- Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns and programs within the Marketo platform
- Proficient in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including template design and list segmentation in Marketo
- Experience in designing and implementing automated nurture programs to engage leads at different stages
- Knowledge of Marketo's form and landing page capabilities for lead capture experiences
- Proficiency in utilizing Marketo's reporting tools for tracking key marketing metrics
- Strong understanding of lead management processes in Marketo
- Client communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Creation of detailed documentation and process flows for projects
- Collaborating with onshore Marketo consultants to execute client requirements
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and Media Query
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 4-5 years of Marketo experience
- Minimum 3 years of campaign management experience
- 2-3 years of advanced HTML and CSS experience
- Marketo certification is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
