Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team as a Building Caretaker. The Building Caretaker will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and security of our building premises. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.
  • Perform regular inspections of the building premises to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Monitor building systems and equipment, such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), to ensure proper functioning.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and performing minor repairs.
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the security of the building by monitoring access points, conducting security checks, and reporting any suspicious activity to management or authorities.
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and other tenant-related activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and tenant interactions.
  • Collaborate with property management and to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering.
  • Prior experience in building maintenance, custodial work, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

Job Types:

₹25,000.00 per month
