As a Seasoned Product Manager for our Loan Management System, you will have a vital role in shaping the strategic direction, advancement, and enrichment of our loan management platform.

You'll closely collaborate with diverse teams such as engineering, design, operations, and marketing to provide a top-notch loan management experience that caters to the changing demands of our customers and aligns with our business objectives.

Prior experience in developing features of the Loan management system is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy:

Establish and implement a thorough product strategy for the loan management system that corresponds with business objectives and market trends emphasized in our OKR cycles.

- Roadmap Planning:

Devise and keep up a roadmap that prioritizes characteristics and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarks. Collaborate with stakeholders to define comprehensive requirements for novel features and enhancements.

- User Experience:

Promote user experience by partnering with design teams to produce instinctive and seamless interactions for users of the system.

- Cross-functional Collaboration:

Forge close partnerships with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to guarantee successful product delivery and go-to-market strategies.

- Data-Driven Decision Making:

Employ data and analytics for spotting optimization opportunities and steering product decisions that amplify impact and ROI.

- Stakeholder Management:

Communicate product vision, priorities, and advancements to key stakeholders across organization levels.

- Compliance and Risk Management:

Assure the loan management system adheres to regulatory standards and business practices, reducing risks linked with lending. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a similar field; an advanced degree like an MBA is valued.

• Proven track record (5+ years) in product management roles within the financial services sector, focusing on lending or loan management systems.
• Strong comprehension of loan origination, servicing, and collection procedures, along with regulatory obligations.
• Demonstrated triumph in shaping and introducing software products, preferably in an Agile setting.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with the skill to influence crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical approach with a history of leveraging data to direct product decisions and enhancements.
