Key Responsibilities:-

  • Should handle end to end Admin & Facility, security, transport, budgeting, housekeeping, compliance, cafeteria, Warehouse related works
  • Responsible for Asset management, Travel and Vehicle management
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Ensuring all documents (bills/immigration papers/asset receipts) are managed for Audit and other relevant purposes.
  • Responsible for vendor development and management agreements etc. to ensure good services within budget.
  • Ensure optimization of the costs through process improvements, develop alternative sources of vendors, negotiate costs for best deals and reduction of costs
  • Ensure that annual maintenance contracts for facilities are renewed in a timely manner
  • Smooth processing of bills and ensure vendor payments post checking of labour compliance i.e. ESIC, PF etc.
  • To manage maintenance & repair of machinery equipment and electrical systems & replacement of company's Non IT assets, appliances, furniture etc. also managing stationary requirement
  • Innovate and establish measures for cost control and improvement in services at all times.
  • Budgeting for administrative expenses and ensuring the compliance

Skills & Qualification:-

  • 3 ~ 6 years of relevant experience in Admin function.
  • Good skill level with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM (preferred not mandatory)
