Job Description Customer handling and application of Tele-sales techniques ( Indiamart) Good Verbal and written communication Ability to create relationships with consumers Solid understanding of the goods they are selling In-depth knowledge of your target market Skills in customer service Ability to work independently Conduct online sales operations to meet the company's sales goals. Upgrade client database with prospective customers' contact details and interests. Perform routine duties following the work plan. Maintain the current knowledge of product details and special offers. Make sure customer satisfaction by providing good service. To market corporate items, conduct inbound and outbound calls. Keep up with the latest internet marketing ideas and competition. Develop lucrative and effective client relationships. You will work on the full sales cycle - from first discussion with the customer to closing to the deal Increase product sales by connecting with businesses Develop/support Online Connectivity strategy through tracking tools and analytics Manage Online Store / eCommerce systems projects end-to-end Utilize Salesforce (lead‐management software) Managing and updating social media platforms. Keeping up-to-date with trends in social media. Clients should be contacted by phone, e-mail, chat, and personal calls. Quickly and effectively react to client inquiries.
