As a functional consultant team lead - SAP FICO and member of an Agile Capability Team, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deploy leading edge SAP Finance based solutions that will deliver value to our customers.

The team leverages multiple technologies to deliver new innovative solutions.

Ensure that the team skillsets meet current and future needs.

Provide business process and functional support for the SAP FI module including its sub-ledgers such as AP, AR, FA and GL.

Collaborate with product owners, team members, and stakeholders to ensure understanding of business prioritiesAnalyze and improve the efficiency of various systems and servicesCreate and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed componentsTroubleshoot complex problems identified by users while creating training and documentation for junior resources to resolve in the futureFoster a culture of openness, honesty, and transparencyCollaborate with capability team to build an agile culture in teamsCoordinate with business stakeholders to understand and document business and functional requirements related to the end-user experienceUnderstand user needs based on business and functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findingsIdentify design problems and devise usable solutionsBuild strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organizationLead and participate in the design and implementation of user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needsEnsure that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver a consistent end-user experienceDelegate assignments to team members based on complexity and team mate skillset

Primary Qualifications:
Displayed examples of strong leadership skillsExperience in SAP FICO and working knowledge of SAP FICO module.
Experience in SAP Tax Setup.
Completed multiple End to End SAP implementations.

Worked on a full cycle implementation or roll out project for the SAP FI module including data migration and reconciliation.

Experience in Functional Test Planning Preparation Execution, Data Reconciliation and Financial accounting.
Experience in Requirements Analysis will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.

Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependenciesAbility to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions.


Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical disciplinePreferably SAP FI or Co certified.
Experience in systems development lifecycleExperience with Agile development methodologiesWork Experience of SAP ECC 6.0.Strong teamwork, customer service and organizational skills
