Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Consultant to join our team.

As an IT Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, understanding their IT needs, and recommending tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients in the IT sector through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, challenges, and goals.
  • Recommend and present customized IT solutions, including software solutions, hardware products, cloud services, and IT consulting, based on clients' specific requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and offering value-added services.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes that outline the features, benefits, and ROI of the proposed IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineers, product specialists, and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of IT solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and meet sales targets.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and advancements in the IT industry to effectively position and promote our products and services.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and progress using CRM software, and provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a minimum of (1+ years) of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software solutions, hardware products, cloud services, and IT consulting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
