Key Responsibilities:
Overall development technical lead for a product development teamTechnically help the scrum teams to achieve the sprint goals.
Contributes to the design, Solution and architecture of high-quality, complex systems Salesforce environments.

Contributes to the feature development using Apex coding, Code review, analysis and implementation of test automation strategies for complex software channel products and systems.

Contributes to the development, test and integration of code for new or existing software of significant complexity involving multiple teams.

Adapt to new environments, improve performance or enhance, take care of product usability in Lightning experience.

Essential Requirements:
Work experience showing growth as a Full-stack developer and ready to take Salesforce development role.
Architect, design, build and deploy technology solutions at scale.
Expertise in writing clean, secure, and refactored code.
Knowledge and hands-on Experience with Test Driven Development.
Creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

BDD, TDD and Pair programming knowledgeStrong knowledge of JAVA/Dotnet or Apex coding, SQL, Java Script, CSS, HTML, REST, Angular or React.

Able to code/debug and guide others to code/debug flexible, scalable and complex programs, using either written or verbal design specifications.
