Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare surfaces of parts to be coated, ensuring they are free of dust, grease, and other contaminants.
  • Perform necessary masking or taping to protect specific areas from coating as required.
  • Set up and operate powder coating equipment including spray guns, booths, and ovens.
  • Inspect coated parts for uniformity, adhesion, and coverage.
  • Identify and rectify any defects or imperfections in the coating process.
  • Monitor coating thickness and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on powder coating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Clean and maintain spray guns, booths, and related tools to prevent contamination and ensure efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of coating processes, including material usage, batch numbers, and production logs.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to quality control and production tracking.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
