Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to educate them about the importance of company compliances and ROC filings.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our services, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Taxplore.
  • Tailor communication strategies to engage with a diverse range of businesses and professionals.
  • Build rapport with potential clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in company compliances to enhance communication accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of company compliances, ROC filings, or related areas is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
  • Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Fluency in [relevant languages] is required.
