We are excited to announce a job opportunity for a talented and dedicated female professional to join our esteemed calibration agency as a Back Office Employee.


As a Back Office Employee at our calibration agency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in maintaining and updating records of clients, calibration reports, and equipment details.
  • Coordinating with our technical team to schedule calibration appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory to facilitate daily operations.
  • Providing administrative support to our team and assisting with any other relevant tasks as needed.
  • Prepare Invoice, Quotations and Calibration Reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and data entry.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or back office role is a plus but not mandatory.
