This position entails leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to create AI applications.

The incumbent will play a key role in assisting the organization in utilizing data effectively, collaborating with a team of data scientists and engineers to offer strategic guidance and insights for informed decision-making by management.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Data Science, focusing on enterprise projects with open-source technologies, is required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and a track record of thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the technical team to conceptualize, create, and deploy generative AI solutions across various industries.
  • Customize and refine LLMs, such as Open AI's Chat GPT, to align with the specific requirements of clients and partners.
  • Undertake tasks including data preprocessing, model refinement, and performance assessment to uphold the excellence of our AI solutions.
  • Participate in the exploration and innovation of Client AI methodologies and strategies to enhance our capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to the documentation and communication of project progress, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders and team members.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the AI and machine learning domain to enrich and enhance our solutions.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and familiarity with large language models such as Chat GPT or similar, along with their applications across diverse industries.
  • Understanding of Hypothesis testing, Statistical Methods, Sampling Theory, and Experimental Design.
  • Familiarity with common advanced analysis tools, with a preference for proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts in Python or Java, evidenced through work experience or contributions on platforms like Git Hub.
  • Strong programming abilities in Python, including experience with AI/Client libraries like Tensor Flow and Py Torch.
  • Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Comfortability with Flask/Fast API and Postman for model testing and deployment.
  • Ability to formulate and address critical analytical inquiries with a focus on driving product impact.
  • Motivated, focused, and self-starting mindset, coupled with effective communication skills and diligent follow-through.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication proficiencies.
  • Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
  • Enthusiastic embracement of responsibility and empowerment in individual work.
  • Thorough understanding of modern data science and product/web analytics tools and methodologies, including Python and its associated data science ecosystem, as well as Machine Learning.
  • Experience spanning various algorithms and techniques for data preparation and analysis.
