Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expediting projects by ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You will also be responsible for coordinating inspections and managing logistics to ensure projects are delivered successfully. This role is located in Pune

Job Description:
Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:


Be a social media expert within the organization, maintaining a cutting-edge understanding of best practices, features, strategies, analytics, media planning, and buying tactics.

Must have hands-on experience in planning, ideating, executing, and measuring digital media campaigns.

Leverage social tools/technology to engage with followers and the community, managing and auditing accounts on a daily basis across all platforms.

Becoming an advocate for the clients in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues, and answering questions where appropriate.

Provide exceptional people management, mentorship, and strategic inputs to members of your team, including managers and reps, and achieve low attrition levels and high employee engagementMonitoring trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messagesDrive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains

Qualifications:


Excellent skills in project management and expediting in Digital Marketing CompanyExperience in inspection and logistics managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills3-5 years of experience in a project management roleExperience in the Digital/Social Media Marketing industry is needed.
