Lead Logistics Excellence - Operations Supervisor

  • Championing Safety: Overseeing compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Leading by Example: Demonstrating professionalism, quality, and ethical conduct.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or relevant field (or Associate's degree with 4+ years' logistics experience)
  • Demonstrated leadership in operations or logistics management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, transportation software, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of fleet modeling, DOT regulations, and C-TPAT
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurance eligibility
