Project Manager, IT Support and Communications

Cornerstone is looking for a Project Manager, IT Support and Communications who will report to the Senior Manager, IT Change Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exemplary support to executive teams and managing organizational communications. This role is a unique opportunity that blends two critical functions into one position, requiring an adept and adaptable professional who can pivot between strategic communication responsibilities and the provision of leadership support. To succeed in this role, you are a highly motivated self-starter. It will be necessary for you to have excellent skills in creating employee and leadership facing communications assets, a strong collaborative working and communication style, and clear sense of ownership and accountability.

In this role you will...

Executive Support (50%):

· Provide comprehensive support to senior IT executives, including managing schedules, preparing meeting materials and onboarding support.

· Act as a liaison between senior IT leaders and other staff members, to produce high-impact communication deliverables such as quarterly updates, newsletters, and presentations in a timely manner.

· Maintain and update procedural documentation, user manuals, and related communication assets.

· Manage and prioritize multiple high-level projects with discretion and confidentiality.

Change Management Communications (50%):

· Craft compelling and clear communication materials to convey change initiatives and updates to all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy. Examples of deliverables include (but not limited to) communications, presentations, enablement guides/documentation.

· Ensure IT teams, partners and stakeholders are engaged and informed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging industry leading practices.

· Contribute as a change management team member on some IT initiatives.

· Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in executive support roles and change management roles.

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate messages to various audiences.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with project management tools.

· Ability to excel in a global, multi-cultural, fast paced environment.

· Demonstrated ability to host/facilitate large team meetings across time zones.

· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

· High-level of discretion and integrity handling confidential and sensitive information.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.

· Ability to operate effectively in a high demand, rapidly shifting / fluid environment

· Emotional intelligence to understand privacy and security nuances on projects and communications

· Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders
