• Carry out the required daily tasks assigned by the department and coordinate

with the class teachers, HOD and Principal regularly.

• Prepare the question papers, quizzes, seminars, and practical exams to evaluate

the student's learning.

• Exam invigilation and paper evaluation as per the academic calendar
• Conduct semester practicals with industry experts every semester and submit

marks

• Maintain attendance, follow the class schedule, and send session tracker to the

Zonal lead.

• Design and develop course content along with the content team (not mandatory)
• Full attendance during company training and meetings
• Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
• Keep in close contact with college management and admin for all related work
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student

experience

Requirements -Master's in English Language, BA in English Language or English Literature -Certified English Language trainer with experience in training students from vernacular backgrounds.

-Should possess robust English language skills -Effective client management skills to act as a bridge between the company and the institution they serve.

-Able to handle tight deadlines and work pressure -CELTA/ TOEFL certificates would be an added advantage -Previous experience as an English teacher -Knowledge of various teaching methods -A patient and resilient personality -Dedication to students and education -Good with computers
