  • BE/B.TechMechanical Qualified professional with 8 years ofexperience
  • Proven experience working in theoil and gas industry with a focus on static equipment designengineering and project management.
  • Strongproficiency in using industrystandard software tools such as PVElite. PV Tank Compress etc for design and analysis.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant codes and standardsincluding ASME API ANSI and ASTM.
  • Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complextechnical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability toconvey technical concepts effectively to both technical andnontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong projectmanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks managemultiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Role :

  • Lead and oversee thedesign engineering and analysis of static equipment includingpressure vessels heat exchangers storage tanks and pipingsystems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including mechanical engineers process engineers and projectmanagers to develop innovative solutions that meet projectrequirements and client specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies risk assessments andtechnical evaluations to identify optimal design solutions andmitigate potential risks.
  • Develop detailedengineering drawings specifications and calculations in accordancewith industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform structural and thermal analyses using relevantsoftware tools to ensure the integrity and performance of staticequipment under various operating conditions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to juniorengineers fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing workenvironment.
  • Interface with clients vendorsand subcontractors to address technical inquiries resolve designissues and ensure project deliverables are met within budget andschedule constraints.
  • Participate in projectmeetings design reviews and site inspections to monitor progressidentify deviations from project plans and implement correctiveactions as necessary.
  • Stay updated withemerging technologies industry trends and best practices related tostatic equipment design and engineering.
