GreenVayu Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship aims to bring thought leadership in fueling start-ups ecosystem across India using a combination of training, coaching, funding and incubation. Our practical and comprehensive approach accelerates innovation and sustainability

THE ROLE:

Location: Remote, anywhere in India

Duration: 3-month Internship

Stipend Range: 10-22 K Per month depending on experience and performance in the role

The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering UX/UI for digital training materials for various audiences.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of Design best practices, start-up ideas, trends, audience demographics, and effective communication strategies

THE CANDIDATE:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of user experience principles to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.

We are offering internships to extremely energetic, sincere, honest and committed individuals who bring experimentation and continuous improvement mindset

You will help to design, create and implement the UX/UI strategy of the company.

Overall, the role of is dynamic and involves contributing to the Design and Innovation and process from idea generation to implementation while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. The ideal candidate could also help to expand the company's social media presence by helping create digital content including videos and voiceovers, if required. The candidate should be creative, tech-savvy, and capable of developing and executing training and digital media campaigns.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Digital Product Design and innovation intern support the start-up training development team in various tasks related to researching, developing, and implementing new design ideas or technologies within an organization. This could include:

1. **Market Research** Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences related to innovative products and services

2. **Idea Generation** Brainstorming and contributing creative Design ideas for new training products, services, or processes.

3. **Prototyping** Assisting in the creation of prototypes or mock-ups to test and validate innovative concepts and approach

4. **Design** and deliver user-centered experiences across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).

5. **Journey Maps** Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to guide the design process.

6. ** UI** Develop and maintain UI style guides, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

7. ** Testing** Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.

8. ** Tools & Trends** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices.

9. **Content Development** Create engaging and effective digital training content, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, quizzes, and assessments.

10. **Instructional Design** Apply design principles to ensure content is learner-centered, engaging, and promotes effective knowledge transfer.

11. **Learning and Development** Engaging in learning opportunities to develop skills in innovation methods, design thinking, project management, and other relevant areas

12. **Brand Representation** Being a spokesperson for the brand's efforts, both internally and externally, and effectively communicating the brand's commitment to social responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Management, Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Arts, Science or a related field.

2. Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability.

5. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

6. Ability to present and justify design decisions based on user insights and business goals.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development practices is a plus.

9. Experience in digital content creation, instructional design, and e-learning development.

10. Proficiency in digital/ multimedia authoring tools and software.

11. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills

**Other Preferred Skills**

Experience with motion design and interactive prototypes.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.

Understanding of agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
