Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at We Immigration Pvt Ltd, located in Delhi. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website or platform.

Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks.

Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Coordinate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.

Monitor and manage the company's online reputation and presence on review platforms and social media channels.

Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field with +5 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Creative thinking to develop engaging campaigns and compelling content
  • Leadership and management skills to oversee digital marketing teams and set strategic goals
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting ideas to stakeholders
  • Project management proficiency to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Basic technical knowledge of web development, HTML, CSS, and other digital marketing technologies
  • Adaptability to stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Optional certifications from platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint to demonstrate expertise and ongoing learning.
