₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of our products or services
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
Maintain a database of prospective customers and track their interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in franchisee sales or similar role
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
Ability to build rapport and engage potential customers over the phone
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
