Position reporting to: Functional Head Products & Marketing

Job Purpose:

Toensure our current product portfolio stays relevant to our targetedcustomer segment is in line with the vision statement of thecompany and remains competitive in the environment we operatein.

Keepingoneself abreast of changing marketscenariosso that existing products are periodically updated to remainrelevant on our valueproposition.

Toensure new products are launched for reaping market opportunitiesthatalignwith our overall mission andvision.

To drive abovebusiness objectives in terms of disbursement AUM and portfolioquality with appropriate training/marketingsupport.

Key Responsibilities:

Managerial Responsibilities:

Drive new initiatives and product lines to build theoverall business of the company that cuts across the MSMEspace.

Monitor track and deliver Product KPIsVolumes PAR/NPA in line with PPR for each individual productsegment.

Monitor branch performance variance toKPIs and ensure struggling branches are provided adequatesupport.

Liaising with other stakeholders indriving the overall Product Strategy (Buildup toexecution).

Functional Responsibilities:

Implementationand handholding of new products across specifiedlocations.

Conductingtraining sessions about new products and also strengtheningexisting productinformation.

Enabling thefield forces to sell the product to target customers and staying inregular touch withthem.

Identifying theweak areas/revenue loss segment and taking corrective measures byengaging differentstakeholders

Routine research& competitive landscape understanding to improvise existingproduct propositioning or launch newproduct.

Liaising withCredit & Policy team for enhancement/modification & rolloutof newproducts.

Routine fieldtravels in implementing/covering abovepoints.

Liaising the ITteam for system development/enhancement of theproducts.

Productsanalytics & MISs Reviewing product for its strengths &weaknesses. Analysing data details (internal/external) forenhancing the product propositioning. Defining product related MISsfor keeping all the stakeholdersabreast.

Planning andevaluation campaigns about the existing and new products inassociation with marketingteam.

Routine progressreport/deck preparations for managementreview.

JobRequirements:

Qualifications:

Graduate with MBA

Experience:

Minimum25 years work experience with NBFC/Bank. Should have spent adequatetime in retail sales and in various stages of designing developingand launching products.

Functional Competencies:

Abilityto understand field/customers requirements & able to convertthat into productpropositioning.

Shouldbe natural with numbers and have excellent excelskills.

Shouldhave excellent understanding of P&L Balance Sheet & PPRs.Should be able to derive the Product and Branch profitability inliaison with the Financeteam.

Abilityto generate innovative solutions in work situations.

Abilityto try different and novel ways to deal with work problems andopportunities.

Abilityto deal with others in difficult and complex situations to achieveresolution.

Comfortablewith fast paced environment and flexible with both strategic andtacticalareas.
