We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented production controller for making Cutting List/material quantity requirements etcto join our team. As a production controller, your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and comprehensive cutting lists for various projects.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure that materials are efficiently utilized and waste is minimized.


Job profile:

  • Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Create detailed cutting lists for materials such as Plywood, metal, glass, or other components, ensuring precise measurements and quantities.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of cutting lists, identifying any discrepancies or potential issues.
  • Optimize material usage to minimize waste and reduce costs, while ensuring project requirements are met.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams.

  • Maintain an organized database or filing system of cutting lists.

Requirements:

  • CADD, HOMAG IX / IMOS IX High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in Cadd/IMOS in a panel processing or interior industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Cutting List Maker or in a similar role within the construction, manufacturing, or woodworking industry.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating cutting lists.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Salary:
From ₹28,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
