Job Description:


As a Graphic Designer - Social Media and Ad Creatives, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and impactful graphics for social media platforms, ad campaigns, and light video editing tasks.

Your creative skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' brand presence and effectively communicating their marketing messages.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand their brand guidelines, objectives, and design requirements.
  • Create compelling and eyecatching social media posts, ad creatives, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Develop engaging designs that effectively communicate marketing messages and drive user engagement.
  • Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all visual materials.
  • Conduct research and stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including copywriters and marketers, to brainstorm and ideate design concepts.
  • Review and optimize designs based on feedback and analytics data to improve performance.
  • Light video editing, including trimming, transitions, and adding text overlays.
  • Assist in managing design assets, including maintaining an organized library of visual resources.
  • Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in social media and ad creative design.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs for social media platforms.
  • Basic video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team setting.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering highquality designs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.

Compensation:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary in INR, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
