ESS Global is looking for a meticulous
Visa Filling Officer or a career counselor to counsel students on
documents required and providing support till receiving visa.

Role and Responsibilities
-
Preparing and arranging documents required for visa submission.

  • Counsel the students for countries like
    Canada, Australia, UK, etc.
  • Feeding students with the best of knowledge and information regarding Universities.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Should have knowledge of the
    checklist as per the requirement.
  • Coordination with clients and associates
  • To maintain working relationship with all clients & colleagues
  • To help the client/Students to obtain Visas and other documentation required for visa process
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a team player
  • Be self Motivated
  • Be Presentable

Qualifications and preferable skill Requirements

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counseling preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers with problem soling attitude
  • Familiarity with computers and the internet.
  • Sales oriented and target driven
  • MS Office and e mail etiquettes
  • Team skills and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
