Job Description:

6) Demonstrate excellent knowledge in MS Excel functions, formulas, and Power BI/Dashboards.

7) Maintain candidate databases, track metrics, and stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

8) Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies with proven experience.

9) Communicate effectively and collaborate across diverse cultures.

10)Drive organizational change and transformation on a global level proficiently.

11) Establish leadership development programs on a global scale.

12) Apply strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align with overall business goals.

13) Have relevant work experience in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
