Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage in architectural design and decision-making processes for Web applications ensuring scalability, modularity, and maintainability while complying with HIPAA guidelines.
- Develop, build, and test web applications and provide guidance to development team members to encourage best practices, code quality, and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural and design guidelines, coding standards, and best practices.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in applications, optimize client-side and server-side components.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to effectively integrate with various applications and systems.
- Implement and uphold security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and maintain a secure environment against security vulnerabilities.
- Create and maintain architectural, design, and technical documentation needed to support and enhance the product.
Experience
- Hands-on experience of 9 to 12 years as a Full Stack Web Development Engineer & Architect, with expertise in guiding and mentoring team members.
Critical Success Factors
- Proficiency in Angular 12+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Expertise in Node.JS/Nest.JS or C#. Net with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and communication protocols.
- Knowledge of MQ technologies, GraphQL, GRPC, and REST APIs is advantageous.
- Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid grasp of software design patterns.
- Experience in mentoring other development engineers.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Expertise in authentication and authorization mechanisms (Auth0, OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
