Inviting applications for the role of RTR (Record to Report):

In this role, you will be responsible for -

• Month end closing and reporting: Prepare journal entries and providing the report as per the schedule checklist.
• Daily activity- handle daily activities (Invoice preparation/extracting report) and share it to the respective stake holder.
• External reporting: provide relevant report/information as per SOX/PWC audit requirement.
• Bank reconciliation: preparation of Bank reconciliation on monthly and Quarterly and clearing open items with in the time frame.
• Inventory accounting – resolving the error of inventory flow and providing the report on daily basis.

Responsibility

• Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working and should be flexible w.r.t timings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Proficient in Excel and Advanced Excel.
• Ability to interact with customer independently.
• Facilitation skills/ excellent communication and presentation skills – Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Should be able to work independently and handle the defined RTR activities.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Experience as an analyst
• B-com/M-com/MBA (Accounting)

Preferred skillset

• Detailed knowledge on Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point.
• Experience on Oracle
