1. Work on ROC company formation of various categories of companies like private, OPC, LLP, public limited, Nidhi & producer company, and other corporate regulatory compliances

  • Work on ROC annual filings
  • Work on project reports & other new venture/startup registration & compliances
  • Work on trademark/IPR registration & objections
  • Work on MSME & startup registration
  • Work on EPF & ESI registration & regular/monthly technical compliances
  • Work on Udhyam registration, MSME registration, gem registration, and Nivesh Mitra registration
  • Work on shop & commercial establishment registration and FSSAI registration
  • Work on coordination with management in the implementation of work plans and policies
  • Work on reporting to management and discussing with management on multi-faceted aspects
  • Work on the preparation of various pro-reports providing a bird's eye view, and preparation of various desired reports with the best intelligence
  • Work on income tax (income tax returns, notices & other integral compliances)
  • Work on the preparation of balance sheets of individuals and companies
  • Work on GST
  • Work on accounts management
  • Work on reports & filings from taxation software: Clear Tax, Compu, SAG, etc.

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 15 months

Salary:
₹3, ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
