Job Title

  • Executive, NE Sales_
  • Generating enquiries and Offer Submission, Contract Management, Supporting sales function, forecasting, and meeting targets.
  • Meeting customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements, developing and increasing customer base with turnkey contractors.
  • Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, keeping customer informed, updated, and equipped with product development and literature.
  • Market survey, knowing competitors, generating and attending new inquiries, preparing sales negotiation data sheet.
  • Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal & attending negotiation meeting.
  • Follow on proposals submitted, handling negotiations and processing of orders.
  • Coordinating with other departments regarding sales like Filed Installation, Finance, Head Office, Manufacturing Unit.
  • Achieving annual Sales and collection targets.
  • Coordinating SIP (Sales-Installation) meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records for sales which help in deriving the right figures.
