WHO WE ARE SEEKING
We are seeking an individual who:
  • Is a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in industrial design or mechanical engineering.
  • Possesses a solid grasp of the design process, materials, and manufacturing. Proficiency in software like Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Blender, and Keyshot is advantageous.
  • Boasts exceptional problem-solving, verbal, and visual communication skills. Familiarity with plastic product design is essential.
  • Understands part drawings, GD&T, operation sequences, and method plans. Proficiency in SolidWorks and Creo is preferred. A keen learner in these domains.
  • Aligns with Without (by Ashaya)'s vision, mission, and principles.
  • Embodies Truth, Grit, and Optimism.
  • Thrives on solving complex problems amidst uncertainty.
  • Is adaptable, willing to undertake tasks of any scale.
  • Is a learner, a doer, a self-starter, eager to grow personally and technically.
  • Is willing to relocate to Pune, India (with a commute to Bhosari, MIDC).
  • Is eager to start at the earliest opportunity.

You will:
  • Conduct research for new and existing designs and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Explore new product possibilities, emphasizing innovation in design and function. Develop designs ensuring standard compliance.
  • Formulate concept models and data for rapid prototype models (3D printing). Utilize 3D and rendering software to refine designs and create virtual product models (including molds).
  • Support manufacturing, injection molding, and overall product development.
  • Collaborate closely with the team in a fast-paced startup environment to maximize organizational performance.
  • Play a significant role at Without (by Ashaya), contributing to our upcoming growth phase.

Your compensation:
  • A competitive market-based compensation package.
  • Stock Options (ESOPS) in the legal entity vested over an agreed tenure.
  • A 3-month mutual incubation period. Both parties have the option to terminate the agreement if necessary.
