Specific Skill Set:
- knowledge of multiple games including some combination of Valorant, League of Legends, Overwatch, Fortnite, Rocket League, Call of Duty, and/or CS: GO.
- Initiate and run practice, competition, and team building activities.
- Prior experience or the capacity to publish, exhibit, or distribute creative works related to esports
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity
- Experience either leading or participating in esports events or games.
- Experience running events in areas related to video games and esports for instance competitions, streaming, and game jams.
- Should have an established research agenda or the ability to define and execute one in an area relevant to video games and esports.
- Interact positively with diverse student populations; provide all students with equal opportunities for learning.
- Prior experience educating within the field of video games and esports.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills
- Good communicator (both oral and written) in English
- Selfmotivated, initiator and resultsoriented
- Should demonstrate positive attitude, high motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Esports Professional who are passionate to teach and share knowledge, will be preferred.
Training:
- Training students to plan, design and manage the new game tournament / leagues across the various departments.
- Should be able to clearly explain to students – about the tournaments process and techniques in detail.
- Addon advantage skill should be fully conversant with minimum of 2 esports tournament or league.
- Candidate should have shipped minimum of 2 games to any platform.
- Should have a strong exposure to either mobile/PC game tournaments.
Languages:
English (Must), Hindi (Add-on)
Any other skill set:
- Enjoys working with people of all ages
- Efficiently organized, with the ability to maintain detailed records
- Ability to execute events in a wellcoordinated and planned manner Encouraging
- Time management and followup skills
