Website - Responsibilities:Lead and manage greenfield custom software projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA testers to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into project management processes where applicable.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects for US clients, preferably in the insurance or healthcare domains.
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software building processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
