About Job Role

As a CPQ (configure, price, quote) Architect, you will join our MDM and Reporting team, managing the infrastructure of our new sales CPQ system (Deal Hub) embedded within our sales CRM (HubSpot).

The CPQ architect will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, driving conversations with other system architects, business/technical subject matter experts, and product management/finance teams that promote product modelling and pricing best practices and effective order capture processes.

This role requires focus on system configuration, analysis, execution, accuracy and supporting functions such as sales, supply, service, finance and support in a timely and efficient manner.

The CPQ Architect owns the maintenance and operational structure of Mediakind's new CPQ systems, supporting company sales quotation and order to cash processes.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Deal Hub configuration to satisfy go to market sales models, enabling sales quotation creation, as well as all other supporting system processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to align configuration requirements, governed attributes and provide recommendations to users on best practices.
Review, validate, and action requests for CPQ creation and changes from our cross-functional partners. Assess any pain points and future needs, working in a continuous improvement methodology.
Monitor and action system health and data quality reports to maintain process integrity and enforce data quality policies.
Be recognised as a functional CPQ expert.
Provide guidance on product modelling and CPQ best practices.
Prepare, maintain, and present documentation, policy, and training content.

Leads and advises on any system issues, identify corrective action items, continuous improvements of the process and provide inputs to developing road maps and strategies.

Trigger escalations appropriately and seek approvals for non-standard business practices.

Conduct solution architecture reviews prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable, is aligned with roadmaps, and meet customer business requirements.

Position Qualifications
Good understanding of configure price quote systems, as well as order to cash processes and go to market strategies.
Desired knowledge and experience working with HubSpot CRM
Functional knowledge of third party applications, ideally aware of Deal Hub CPQ
Functional knowledge of electronic signature, such as DocuSign
Functional knowledge of business process design
Strong understanding of Boolean logic
Possess an open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Creative / Problem solving approach to work.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in team settings, and work independently when required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working within ITSM or similar ticketing request processes.
