Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of user-friendly, high-performance frontend applications using JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React or

Architect and design frontend solutions, making decisions on appropriate technologies, patterns, and approaches to achieve desired functionality and maintainability.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, interactive user interfaces.

Develop and maintain reusable UI components and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple projects.

Ensure compatibility and optimal performance across different browsers and devices, including desktop and mobile.

Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient communication.

Implement state management solutions such as Redux, Vuex, or Context API to manage application state effectively.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and ensure fast rendering and smooth user experience.

Develop responsive layouts and interfaces that adapt to various screen sizes and resolutions.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and promote best practices.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and design specifications

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure alignment on project objectives and technical solutions.

Coordinate with project managers to estimate tasks, prioritize work, and effectively meet project deadlines.

Work in Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement in development processes.

Skillset and experience

5+ years of professional experience in Java development.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with React, Angular, or

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Understanding of state management libraries like Redux, Vuex, or Context API.

Knowledge of front-end build tools like Webpack, Parcel, or Gulp.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Jasmine, or Karma.

Understanding of browser developer tools for debugging.

Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Deep understanding of software engineering practices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms

Strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to deliver results

2+ years of experience in product driven organization is must

A Bachelors or Master's degree in engineering f rom a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes)
