This role requires strong Java programming skills, deep understanding of Kafka architecture and messaging systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement Javabased applications with Kafka integration.
  • Architect and implement Kafkabased solutions for realtime data processing, eventdriven architectures, and microservices.
  • Develop robust and scalable Kafka producers and consumers to handle high volumes of data.
  • Optimize Kafka configurations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Integrate Kafka with other systems and technologies, such as databases, message queues, and streaming platforms.

  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Kafka and distributed systems.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles.
  • Hands on experience in Java , Kafka
  • Extensive experience working with Kafka, including Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Kafka APIs.
Proficiency in Java programming language, with hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance applications.

  • Solid understanding of Kafka architecture, messaging patterns, and distributed systems concepts.
  • Experience with data serialization formats like Avro, Protobuf, or JSON.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Flink, or other big data processing frameworks is desirable but not required.
