We are currently seeking Service Crew members for saudi arabia. As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction in our food and beverage establishments. You will greet and assist customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle cash transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take and process customer orders accurately
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area
  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Assist in food preparation and set-up
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

  • AGE : Fresher: 21 TO 23. Experienced: 21 TO 26
  • Prior experience in customer service or the food and beverage industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Good multitasking and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays if needed

Benefits

SALARY : 1200 SAR + DUTY TIME MEAL + OVERTIME
