Position Description:

  • Handson experience in any IBM Z/os tools (CA7 is mandatory)
  • L1 Experience in Development/L2 Production support role is mandatory (REXX is optional and advantage)
  • Strong knowledge on JCL Coding and DB2 Utilities and mainframe Operations
  • Ability to analyze the issue and fix it at the production level.
  • Handling P1 and P2 issues in service now.
  • Need to know the knowledge on the Dynatrace or monitoring tool
