Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing rotary and static equipment such as

Process Skids , Shell & tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels for Oil and Gas Industry.


You will also review codes, standards, and customer specifications, prepare technical specifications, purchase indent, MDR (Manufacture data report) and design inputs.

You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in s equipment design, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.


Candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising various processes related to oil and gas equipment and review the design of static equipments and process piping.

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Develop and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for oil and gas facilities.2.

Conduct simulations and modelling to optimize process parameters, equipment sizing, and performance.3.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.4.


Design, Sizing, & evaluation of the performance and integrity of equipment such as Vessels, pumps, compressors packages, heat exchangers, Piping spools, Oil and water consoles.5.

Conduct technical studies and analyses to troubleshoot process issues and propose solutions.6.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of process equipment and systems.7.

Participate in project teams and provide technical expertise during the design, construction, and commissioning phases.8.

Develop project specifications, cost estimates, and schedules for process-related activities.9.


Prepare technical specifications, purchase indent, MDR (Manufacturer Data Report), and design inputs in collaboration with the engineering and design team.10.


Ensure the preparation and updating of engineering log sheets/CRS (Comment Resolution Sheet) to track project progress and address customer feedback promptly.11.

Review customer comments and coordinate timely resubmission of documents, analyzing the impact of feedback on project deliverables.12.

Prepare technical reports, engineering documents, and operating procedures.13.

Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding process-related issues, improvements, and recommendations.14.

Static Vessels & Rotary equipment Process and sizing Calculations based on process datasheets.15.

Control Valves sizing and calculation

Qualifications and Requirements:
1.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.2.


At least 5-10 years of direct experience in engineering and design of static or rotary equipment design within Oil and Gas industry.3.

Proficiency in design software such as PV-Elite, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc is a must have.4.

Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (ASME, API, TEMA,EN, etc.).5.

Experience with process safety management systems and hazard analysis techniques.6.

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.7.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.8.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.9.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.10.
