Job Description:

• Coordinate strategic financial planning for the company and its clients, overseeing expenses, income, insurance coverage, objectives, tax status, and risk tolerance
• Focus on daily and month-end accounting processes to assess outcomes, encompassing P&L activities, balance sheet operations, and accounts-receivable cash management in adherence to GAAP standards
• Assist finance partners in deploying valuation models, evaluating performance against expectations, and offering recommendations for improvement
• Provide valuable insights on expenditure patterns, cost-saving strategies, and potential margin enhancements
• Supervise and mentor the team in their daily responsibilities
• Guide team members on their professional development path, equipping them with the necessary skills to advance their careers
• Present project plans, status updates, and progress reports internally to stakeholders and externally to clients
• Tackle complex tax and regulatory challenges by researching and proposing suitable technical resolutions for clients
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver specialized opinions and solutions
• Coordinate with various departments whenever necessary
• Develop structured spreadsheet models with appropriate controls to streamline processes and reduce errors
• Conduct internal audits as needed
• Produce detailed analysis reports and conclusions, accompanied by actionable recommendations
• Handle assignments encompassing comprehensive CFO services
• Perform variation analytics and implement process automation to enhance efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• CA, CS, or MBA in Finance from reputable institutions with 6-8 years of relevant CFO services experience
• Graduate, Post Graduate, or Semi-Qualified CA with 10-12 years of expertise in CFO Services
