Job TitleData Governance –Technical Soultion Lead -ManagerRole DescriptionChief Data Office, GTS at State Street has a mandate to govern and report on data health across the enterprise and is rolling out multiple initiatives to deliver on the Operating Model and generate value for our internal and external clients.

We are looking for Enterprise Data Governance application implementation Solution Lead who has 10+ years of hands on experience as lead engineer to provide Solution for the implementation & deliverables of the Data Governance applications (Collibra Tools) in the Cloud environment (preferably AWS) as an SMEand responsible to maintain the stability of the applications and effective deliverables with best practices, standards and frameworksIt is essential to have excellent communication, understanding the requirements / use cases, providing solution for the implementation, coordinating various stake holders, leading the technical teams and deliver the responsibilities to satisfaction level.

As Technical Solution Lead you will be responsible forStrong working experience on implementing solutions for the Data Governance applications with the Collibra components – Collibra DIC, DQ, LH & DP

Understanding the requirements / use cases from the product owners and derive the technical design for the expectations

Providing solution to enable self service for the business users related to the Data governance tools – Data Cataloguing, Data Lineage, Data Quality, Data Privacy

Hands on experience with the the cloud environment & related services which helps to automate & integrate the solutions

Having good working experience on Devops, CI/CD pipeline, Python scripting,

Proactively identify the technical debts and techincal roadmaps for the application reliability and enablement

Strong experience in leading the technical teams and coordinating with the stakeholders to meet the deliverables on time

Good experience of working in implementing SDLC process agile methodology

Strong inter personal skills to coordinate & lead the technical team


Core/Must have skillsMinimum 10+ years of strong implementation experience with the Enterprise Data Governance applications and providing solution for Collibra components – Collibra DIC, Lineage Harvester, Data Quality, Data PrivacyStrong hands on experience with the Appliction Integration & Automation with the scripting skills in python / UNIX scriptingGood knowledge & experience with the AWS cloud Infrastructure to provide solution for automation & integration of applications with AWS Services (EC2, Lambda, Secret Manager, etc)Align to the SDLC implementation with Agile Methodologies – JIRA & ConfluenceGood experience in providing implementation solutions for the Reporting, Scheduling processesGood knowledge in handling the DevOps process with the Git repository management, JenkinsGood to have skillsPreferred to have AWS, Collibra Solution Lead / Architect CertificationsGood Knowledge on Database management conceptsWork ScheduleHybrid– BangaloreWhy this role is important to usOur technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
